week 1 - "THANKFUL"

...and so we begin.  The first word for our ONE WORD weekly challenge is always, always, always my starting point... always.the word this week is...

THANK-FULL

Yes, I know I spelled it wrong… J  however, the very first way to realize how FULL your life is, is by looking for all you are thankful for.  So this week your challenge is easy (I hope).  I want you to brainstorm daily (if you can) 10-15 things you are thankful for.  Try not to repeat any items.  At the end of the week you should have 50+ ways your life is good; full.…use your smart phones, your daily planners, your journal, your papers at the bottom of your purse… just start writing… what are you thankful for???Surely this is one powerful step of taking you from Stressed TO Blessed.  enJOYfollow us on facebook by clicking here.
