This week's word challenge for the 52 week challenge, is CREATE!  Well, create... I did :)This challenge was perfectly timed.  I spent Sunday afternoon talking to a group of beautiful 7th grade girls.  Their sponsor had asked if I would do a talk on self confidence.  I love this age!  My talk focused on "words" we put in our head.  I spent the afternoon challenging them to believe in themselves.  I reminded them, that what we believe we can do, we can and what we believe we can't do, we can't.I asked them to tell me something they loved about themselves ~ both physical traits and personality traits.  Some girls struggled and others popped out words they believed in.I gave them all sorts of ideas and projects to work on at home.  Create a dream board (aka a Vision board); cover your mirror in positive statements, tell yourself "you got this!"I wish every little girl would BELIEVE in herself from early on and take that forward to create a life she loves... As a final note to the girls, I had them all put their names in a bucket and one of them was to win this Good Carma necklace that I created especially for her... to remind her to BELIEVE!
