Peace isn’t always something you find. Sometimes, it’s something you create. 💗
We often think we need a vacation, an empty calendar, or everything in life to settle down before we get to feel peaceful.
But peace often lives in the small choices we make throughout an ordinary day.
☀️ Open the blinds and let the morning light in.
🌸 Clear one cluttered space.
☕ Sit quietly with your coffee or tea.
📖 Read a few pages of a good book.
🌿 Step outside.
📵 Put your phone down for a while.
🎶 Turn on music you love.
💐 Buy yourself the flowers.
✍️ Write down what’s swirling around in your head.
💗 Have a meaningful conversation with someone who feels safe.
You don’t need to do all 18 things on this list.
Choose ONE.
One small thing to tell your mind and body, “We’re slowing down for a minute.”
Peace doesn’t require a perfectly peaceful life.
It starts with creating small peaceful moments inside the life you already have.
Which one do you need most today? Tell me below. 👇💛

Part 2:
Mental exhaustion doesn’t always need a major life overhaul.
Sometimes, you need a few small, intentional choices that help you reset. 💗
Here’s how I want you to use this list:
💛 Pick 1–3 ideas that feel restorative and doable.
🩷 Schedule them into your week like any other priority.
💛 Notice how these small moments shift your energy, your mood, and your ability to show up.
🩷 Repeat often. You are worth the time. Always.
And please don’t look at a list of 30 things and think, “Great, now I have 30 MORE things to do.” 😂
That is NOT the assignment.
The assignment is to notice what you need today and choose one small thing that supports you.
Which number are you choosing today? Tell me below. 👇💕
Mental exhaustion doesn’t always mean you need to try harder. Sometimes it means your brain has been carrying too much for too long. 💗
Too many decisions.
Too many tabs open.
Too many unfinished tasks.
Too much noise.
Too much “I should be doing…”
And when your brain feels overloaded, even simple things start to feel hard.
Here’s what I want you to remember:
You do NOT need to fix your entire life today.
Pick ONE small thing that lowers the mental load.
💛 Drink the water.
💗 Write the brain dump.
💛 Put your phone on Do Not Disturb.
💗 Cancel the nonessential thing.
💛 Take the 10-minute walk.
💗 Clear one tiny space.
💛 Go lie on the floor for five minutes if you need to.
Small actions send your brain an important message:
“I am taking care of myself. I am creating a little more space.”
And sometimes that little bit of space is exactly what you need to figure out your next step.
Save this carousel for the days when your brain says, “I cannot do one more thing.”
Then don’t do 30 things.
Choose ONE. 🌼
Which number sounds like exactly what you need today? Drop it below. 👇💕
Happiness doesn’t always need a big life change. Sometimes, it needs an intentional reset. 💗
Your brain responds to what you repeatedly give your attention to.
A deep breath.
A favorite song.
A few seconds in the sunshine.
A memory that makes you smile.
A text to someone you love.
A moment of gratitude.
Putting your phone down and being where your feet are.
These things seem small, but small shifts matter.
One of the most important skills you develop is learning to notice when your mood, thoughts, or energy are heading somewhere you don’t want to stay, then intentionally choosing your next move.
You don’t have to wait for your mood to change before you take action.
Sometimes action changes the mood. 💛
That’s the RESET.
Notice.
Pause.
Choose something small.
Shift your attention.
Begin again.
✨ Which one of these resets works best for you? Or what would you add to the list?

Summer is winding down, and I think my soul got exactly what it needed. ☀️💦
I gave myself permission to slow down, float a little longer, travel, laugh, rest, and soak up the moments that filled me back up.
And now? I’m ready. 💛
In less than 10 days, I’ll be back in the college classroom doing something I love, teaching, encouraging, challenging, connecting, and cheering on a brand-new group of students.
Rest isn’t time wasted. Sometimes it’s exactly what prepares us for what’s next.
So before summer slips away, I want to know…
What recharges YOUR soul? 💕
Tell me below. ⬇️

Joy isn’t always a BIG moment. 💛
Sometimes it’s the first sip of coffee.
The relief of crossing something off your list.
A stranger holding the door.
Catching yourself right in the middle of a good laugh.
The sun hitting your face at exactly the right moment.
These little moments are what I call micro-joys. 🌼
And here’s the important part.
Finding them is a skill.
Your brain gets good at finding what you repeatedly ask it to notice. Stress. Problems. What’s next. What’s missing.
But you can practice noticing what’s GOOD, too.
Try this today:
🌸 Stop for five seconds when something feels good.
🌸 Name it.
🌸 Let yourself enjoy it before rushing to the next thing.
You don’t need to change your whole life to experience more joy.
You need to get better at noticing the joy already tucked inside it. 💕✨
Your challenge today: Find THREE micro-joys and tell me one in the comments. 👇

Monday has a reputation.
People dread it.
Complain about it.
Brace themselves for it.
But what if Monday wasn’t the enemy?
What if it was simply another chance to begin again?
This week, I’m reminding myself to:
💛 Take breaks.
💛 Drink more water.
💛 Move my body when stress starts to build.
💛 Focus on progress instead of perfection.
💛 Stop borrowing tomorrow’s worries.
You don’t have to have the whole week figured out tonight.
You only need your next right step.
Here’s to a week filled with a little more grace, a little less pressure, and a whole lot more joy.
Which reminder do you need most this week? Tell me below. ⬇️
Our brains are incredible.
They’re designed to make quick judgments, spot patterns, and fill in missing information.
Sometimes they get it right.
Sometimes they don’t.
This illusion proves it.
Both orange circles are exactly the same size, but most of us see them differently because our brain compares them to what’s around them.
Life works the same way.
You think…
“I’m behind.”
“Everyone else has it figured out.”
“I’m not good enough.”
“I always mess things up.”
“People are judging me.”
But those are often interpretations, not facts.
One of the most life changing questions you will ever ask yourself is:
“What evidence do I have that this thought is true?”
Your thoughts influence your emotions.
Your emotions influence your actions.
Your actions shape your life.
That’s why learning to question your thoughts is one of the greatest mindset skills you’ll ever build.
What was the first thing your brain got wrong in this picture?
👇 Tell me below. Did the left circle look bigger, or did you immediately know they were the same?
Your brain creates stories.
Not all of them are true.
Thoughts are not facts.
Pause.
Question them.
Choose the ones that help you grow.
Morning routines aren’t about becoming a different person.
They’re about becoming more intentional with the person you already are.
Too many people wake up and immediately let the world decide how their day will go. Emails. Social media. News. Stress. Notifications.
Instead, spend the first few minutes reminding yourself who’s in charge.
A simple morning routine doesn’t need to take an hour. It needs to point your mind in the right direction.
✨ Rise with purpose.
Choose one intention for the day.
✨ Reset your mind.
Practice gratitude or quiet reflection before the noise begins.
✨ Move your body.
Even five minutes of movement tells your brain, “We’re awake. We’re ready.”
✨ Plan your top three.
Don’t try to do everything. Decide what matters most.
✨ Feed your mindset.
Read, listen to, or speak something that reminds you who you’re becoming.
Remember, confidence isn’t built in one big moment.
It’s built in the small promises you keep to yourself every morning.
💛 I’d love to know… what’s one habit that’s part of your morning routine, or one you’d like to start this week?

Monday has a habit of sneaking into Sunday.
It whispers about unfinished work, packed calendars, unanswered emails, and everything waiting for you tomorrow. Before you know it, your day of rest feels like a day of stress.
Protect your Sunday on purpose. A rested mind makes better decisions than an exhausted one.
Here are a few ways to keep Monday from stealing your Sunday.
• Stop checking work emails after a set time.
• Spend 15 minutes planning your week, then close the planner.
• Finish one small task if it brings you peace, then let the rest wait.
• Get outside for a walk, coffee, or fresh air.
• Read a few pages of a book instead of scrolling.
• Cook or order a meal you enjoy.
• Put your phone down for one hour.
• Call someone who fills your cup.
• Reflect on three wins from the past week.
• Write down your top three priorities for Monday, then give yourself permission to stop thinking about them.
• Go to bed early enough to wake up without feeling rushed.
• Remind yourself that rest is part of productivity, not the opposite of it.
Your future self doesn’t need one more anxious Sunday.
She needs a peaceful one.
Tell me one thing you’re doing today to protect your Sunday. 💛
