How Sessions Work
Coaching sessions are 30 minutes and are typically held by phone, with Zoom available upon request. Before we begin, I offer a complimentary introductory session, so we both get a feel for the fit.
During this conversation, I will learn more about your story, what brings you to coaching, and what you hope to work on. You will also leave with a helpful first step to get your journey started.
If we decide to work together, you may choose the coaching option that fits your current season.
Each session gives you focused time to talk through what feels stuck, name what matters, and choose practical next steps. Phone coaching keeps the process simple, comfortable, and easy to fit into real life.
For coaching packages, I also offer text check-ins, encouragement, and support between sessions.

Flourish Coaching Experience $995
Three months of support for growth, confidence, and lasting change.
This is a deeper coaching experience for clients who want more time, structure, reflection, and accountability as they work through a season of growth or transition.
